The Mindset Shift for Leaders
Break through the thinking that’s holding you, and your team, back. In one practical workshop you’ll define what success really means, catch the thought loops that keep you stuck, and build the habits that make the change stick.

How a done-for-you workshop became a real page
This page was built from The Mindset Shift workshop package in Coach Hub: student guide, workbook, slides, cheat sheet, five follow-up emails, opt-in page copy and social posts. Here’s what happened to each part.
- Headline and “Sound familiar?” came from the opt-in page copy, rewritten for one niche (leaders and their teams) instead of “business owners”.
- The thought loop is Module 1’s example (“I’m terrible at marketing”), retold in a team leader’s own words.
- The five modules are the cheat sheet, turned into plain-English promises a client cares about.
- The sign-up form is the opt-in, wired into the site. Every registration lands in Leads and sends a welcome email (follow-up email 1, adapted).
- Still to do: load the other four follow-up emails into an email tool, and rebrand the workbook and slides in Canva.
The lesson for coaches: don’t paste the package. Pick your niche, use their words, add your story and real examples, then connect the form so every lead is captured.
Sound familiar?
You know what to do. So why isn’t it happening?
You’re not alone. Most leaders don’t have a strategy problem. They have a mindset problem, and their team has quietly picked it up.
If mental roadblocks are holding you back, no amount of strategy or willpower will get you, or your team, where you want to go. Your mindset sets the ceiling for everyone you lead.
- You set big goals for the team, then watch them fade by mid-season
- You put off the hard conversation, or second-guess the big decision
- The same frustrations come up every week, and nothing changes
- You’re stuck in patterns of self-doubt, hesitation or fear of failure
- Your team has picked up the same habits you’re trying to break
A taste of the workshop
The loop that keeps good leaders stuck
A thought becomes a habit, the habit creates the evidence, and the evidence “proves” the thought. Here’s one I hear all the time:
How you break it
Look at the evidence honestly, use the loop as information, and take one small step that interrupts it: hand over one task, with clear standards and a check-in.
The new thought
“My team is learning to own things, and I can help them get better at it, one step at a time.” Then you go and find the evidence that it’s true.
What you’ll learn
Five modules. One shift that lasts.
Define what success really means
Stop chasing other people’s scoreboards. Write a success statement for you and your team, and use a short visualisation to get clear on it.
Break the loop
Spot the self-fulfilling thought loops running your week, then rewire one in five steps: the thought, the feeling, the payoff, the new thought, the evidence.
The three Cs
Consistency, confidence and controlled risk-taking: the framework that turns good intentions into habits that stick, for you and the people you lead.
Routines that hold
Build a daily and weekly leadership routine, why 12 weeks is the real benchmark for change, and how to stay on course when the season gets tough.
Keep the momentum
A simple monthly review: what’s working, what to adjust, what to celebrate, and the one new goal that takes you further.
You’ll leave with
Tools you’ll actually use on Monday

- One thought loop mapped, and rewired
- A 12-week habit tracker and a confidence log
- Your daily and weekly leadership routine
- The workbook, so you can run it again with your team

Questions
Before you sign up
Confirm how the workshop runs (a live Zoom date, or a recorded version people can start any time) before promoting this page, and update the answer below.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no catch. If you’d like help taking it further with your team afterwards, that’s a separate conversation, and only if you ask.
How does it run?
It’s online, so you can join from anywhere. Once you’ve saved your seat, you’ll get the session date and your workbook by email.
Who is it for?
Anyone who leads people: coaches, captains, committee members, managers, business owners and CEOs. If your mindset affects other people’s results, it’s for you.
Is this therapy?
No. It’s coaching: practical, future-focused and strengths-based. Pick something real but not heavy to work on. If something bigger comes up, park it and get the right support.
